When you’re happy, we’re happy. Dogzzle stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, after 60 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or issue of your refund request. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damages and issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem. Photos will be needed if items are damaged or incorrect.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using store credit. We cannot guarantee that your desired style/color/size will be available when you are placing your new order with your store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 3 to 6 business days. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
